What we experienced over Spring Break… you can’t fully put into words.
207 students.
30 baptisms.
4 churches.
1 name lifted high—Jesus.
And to every person who gave, prayed, and supported—this is your fruit too.
“Humble yourselves before the Lord, and He will lift you up.” – James 4:10

The narrative says this generation is drifting… but we’re watching them run to Jesus.
Not forced. Not fake. Just real hunger for God.
Don’t get it confused… Gen Z loves Jesus.
“Let no one despise your youth, but set the believers an example in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith, in purity.” — 1 Timothy 4:12 🙌🏾

“No one is like you, Lord; you are great, and your name is mighty in power.” - Jeremiah 10:6
Before the music… we pray.
Because atmosphere isn’t always created simply on stage..it’s opened in our prayers.
Every chair covered by our student worship team. Every students heart considered.

We gather together yesterday in worship to reflect on how God has been our strength through difficult times.
We sung I Will Bless Your Name, by @taurenwells a powerful worship song acknowledging that we owe everything to the King of our hearts.
We lift our hands in surrender and praise, recognizing that this moment to worship God is a privilege we should never take for granted.

In every season of our lives, God reveals Himself in a different way.
The other week, we leaned into the names of God — not just what to call Him, but who He proves Himself to be.
We asked our students:
👉🏾 Which name of God do you resonate with most in this season?
👉🏾 Which name do you want to experience in the next?
Because He is not one-dimensional. He meets us where we are.
He is:
• Alpha & Omega – The Beginning and the End
• El Deah – The God of Knowledge
• El Gibhor – The Mighty God
• Jesus (Yeshua) – The Lord Saves
• Jehovah Shammah – The Lord Is There
• Jehovah Rohi – The Lord Our Shepherd
• Jehovah Nissi – The Lord Our Banner
• Jehovah Jireh – The Lord Our Provider
• Elohim – The Creator
• Abba – Father
• El Chay – The Living God
• El Elyon – The God Most High
• Jehovah Bore – The Lord Creator
• Jehovah Tsuri – The Lord Our Rock
• Jehovah Shalom – The Lord Is Peace
• Jehovah Rapha – The Lord Our Healer
• Jehovah M’Kaddesh – The Lord Who Sanctifies
• Immanuel – God With Us
• El Shaddai – God Almighty
• Adonai – Lord, Master
The same God — different revelations.
So the real question is:
What do you need Him to be for you right now?
Drop the name that’s speaking to you in this season 👇🏾✨

Kennedy reflect on Jesus’s journey to Calvary, where despite His suffering—bleeding, crowned with thorns, whipped, and mocked—God sent Simon of Cyrene to help Him carry the cross.
She explores the profound message that if God helped Jesus in His darkest moment, He won’t abandon us to solely carry our burdens alone.
We challenged our teens to step out of their “circle” and actually get to know the people they worship with.
Not just faces they see… but friends they can grow with.
Faith was never meant to be walked alone.
“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” Proverbs 27:17

Something special is happening in our worship experience
One of our students took the initiative to lead “More Than Anything”—a powerful reminder that worship is about giving God our hearts.
We’re watching God raise up a generation unafraid to sing, worship, and lead!
🎤 If YOU feel called to be a part of our worship experience, we’d love for you to join us!
Rehearsals are every Wednesday at 6PM.
One of our favorite activities in student ministry is facilitating discussions in our small groups.
These groups provide an opportunity for our students to express themselves among their peers in ways they might not otherwise have, leading to great dialogue and diverse perspectives that set the tone going into our school week.
Here’s a glimpse into our high school boys’ conversation about greed.

Sloth isn’t just about being lazy — it’s about wasting the time, gifts, and chances God has given you.
It’s choosing comfort over calling. It’s letting ‘later’ become ‘never.’
But God calls us to diligence — to show up, to grow, and to serve Him with passion.
Let’s put away the scroll, silence the excuses, and step into the work He’s placed in front of us.
💬 Which letter from SLOTH hit you the hardest?

@liltonyceo just dropped an interview where he was sharing how he is growing as a person in Christ, which is influencing his outlook of his music.
He shared how he is walking away from worldly music which has brought him previous success to follow Jesus and even create Christian music.
What do you think about this shift? Would you still listen to your favorite artist if they started rapping for God? Why or why not? Let’s talk 👇
What started as a team-building activity turned into a whole lesson on life.
That knot shows us how pride, miscommunication, and holding on too long can keep us tangled — with people, with ourselves, and even with God.
In our Toxic Ties series, we’re learning that healing takes humility.
Freedom starts when we stop trying to fix it alone and start letting God do the untangling. #studentministry #peacestudents #toxicties
From sleepless nights to standing strong through adversity— Lauren Hill reminded us that God’s faithfulness never fails.
One of our amazing seniors gave a powerful graduation speech reflecting on her journey, her faith, and how God walked her through every challenge.
We’re so proud of you, Lauren. 🎓

Introducing praise and worship to our students has been an enjoyable experience! Every week, we leave with students eagerly asking about the name of the song we’re taking pictures of. They eagerly search for the title on YouTube to look it up.
Praise & Worship serves as a wonderful opportunity for us to connect with God. Later this week, we’ll be releasing our diverse playlist, so you can stay connected, whether you’re at church or on the go!
Our student spring break trip to @campwestminsterga was an unforgettable experience! We had an incredible time growing in Christ and community!

Worship is one of the greatest ways we can experience God and for some of our teens the concept of worship is new and can be a bit intimidating & uncomfortable.

#StudentHighlight S/o to our amazing high school student Bree Hill who hosted a service project during Sunday service were our students prepared 350+ hygiene kits for people experiencing homelessness & housing insecurities!
What a beautiful experience it was for our youth to give back for the holiday season! 🎁
Just like pulling tissues one by one, life can feel like it’s full of endless tasks and challenges.
But remember, God’s strength is there for every pull, every struggle, every step. Don’t give up—He’s with you through it all!
“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

This year over 100+ middle and high school students made a decision to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, and to commit their lives to follow him.
We have watched you grow so much in your faith as we loved, laughed, lamented, and lived life together. Thank you for letting us walk along side you.
This is only the beginning!
Jaye (@jayenewton) kicked off Week 1 of our series Welcome To The Neighborhood.
We learned that,”When Jesus moved into the neighborhood, we received a new way of life.”
Things work best in their design, what God shows us through Jesus is that you were designed for a new way of life. The BEST life we can have is when we live within that design.
This is why we celebrate CHRISTmas and the birth of Jesus, because when he came, everything changed.
“The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel”(which means “God with us”). (Matthew 1:23)
See you Sunday for Week 2! 🙌🏾
Sunday we discussed Raising The Bar For Conversations and Relationships. The bottom line is we should Expect and Express Honor.
We respect and honor the image of God in others, and we should expect others to respect and honor the image of God in us.
That looks like creating boundaries and not settling for actions that don’t honor God.
Have a great week! ✌🏾
