PBC will mobilize the Body of Christ, by living and loving like Christ, we seek to facilitate spiritual transformation and meet social and economic needs of the marginalized, both locally and globally.

Missions is living out the Gospel of Jesus Christ with intentionality to all people and cultures, at all times to transform the world by speaking to the heart for His glory.

WHO ARE

MISSIONARIES?

Missionaries are spirit-filled messengers called by God and sent by the Church to all people and cultures to share the gospel and make disciples of Jesus Christ.

PROMISE

COMMITMENT

Life commitment is a personal covenant to join God’s mission by serving locally, regionally and/or globally.

Sunday, October 26: The Lost

  • Pray that hearts will be open to receive the Gospel.
  • Pray for those who are far from God to encounter His love.
  • Ask God to soften hearts and remove barriers to faith.
  • Pray against loneliness, depression, and discouragement of past, present, and future cross-cultural workers.


Monday, October 27: The Church

  • Pray for unity and strength within the global church.
  • Ask God to empower believers to be bold witnesses.
  • Pray for pastors and leaders to have wisdom and guidance.
  • Pray for pastors’ self-leadership that comes from a place of identity and wholeness centered in Christ alone. 


Tuesday, October 28: The Nations

  • Pray for local, regional, and global peace, justice, unity, and salvation.
  • Ask God to break down walls of division and hatred.
  • Pray for the poor, the oppressed, and the marginalized.
  • Pray for revival among the nations, that hearts would turn back to God and be renewed in power and love, transforming communities by the Spirit’s fire.


Wednesday, October 29: The Next Generation

  • Ask God to raise up godly leaders for the future.
  • Pray for children and young people to encounter Christ.
  • Pray for boldness to be the hands and feet of Jesus among their peers.
  • Pray for protection against ungodly influences.
  • Pray for the healing of the mind, body, and soul.
  • Pray for churches, organizations, and individuals working to alleviate suffering.

Friday, October 31: Your Personal Response

  • Be still and silent. Listen for God’s voice by setting aside, at least, 15 - 20 minutes.
  • Review your responses to the prayer-walking questions.
  • Reflect on your week of intentional prayer.


Saturday, November 1: Global Impact Celebration

  • Ask God to draw many to Himself through the Global Impact Celebration.
  • Pray that passion and hearts are ignited to evangelize and make disciples.
  • Ask God to multiply every act of obedience beyond what seems possible.
  • Pray for God’s presence and power during the Global Impact Celebration.


Sunday, November 2: Worship Services

  • Pray for an unusual, supernatural anointing on the worship and Word for both services.
  • Pray for faith to rise as people commit to pray, give, and GO!
  • Pray for long-lasting impact and transformation in lives and communities.
  • Pray that people hear, understand, and respond to the Life Commitments and Faith Promises, with joy.
