Support the Vision

We have a vision to…

Maintain a membership of over 20,000, not worshipping in one place in churches all over North Georgia. To date, Peace Baptist Church has planted four churches in Metro Atlanta.

  • In August 1999 our assistant pastor, Robert Miller, and twenty (20) Peace members were sent out to begin Trinity Baptist Church in Southeast Dekalb County.
  • In 2007 we planted two more churches, New Christian Center (Pastor Vincent Watson) in Snellville and Community Fellowship (Pastor Brian Bullard) in Covington, GA.
  • In 2012, we planted Higher Level Worship Center (Pastor Tyrone King) in Lithonia, GA. We dream that they all will reach thousands for Christ in the years to come.  Also in 2012, Peace sent two of its ministers, Paul Brewer and Ken Ellis, to revitalize two churches in Metro Atlanta.
  • Peace has also built, established, and strengthened clusters of churches in Brazil and Africa.  Our vision is to train pastors who are from foreign lands to plant churches here in the US and go back and establish churches in their home countries.

Develop Christians toward maturity via an intensive discipleship process that’s founded on accountability, strong interpersonal relationships, biblical teachings, and ministry mobilization. We dream of seeing 1,000 adults complete a diploma program by the year 2015 through our seminary partnerships, conferences, and seminars.

Develop a faculty of 100 gifted lay teachers, equipped with vision, character, knowledge, and expertise to feed the flock.  We dream of a teacher-training program that produces experts in doctrine, apologetics, and Christian growth.

Develop children and teens to love Jesus and His church, to grow spiritually, to discover the shape for ministry, and to understand their mission in the world.  Currently, we minister to hundreds children and teens each week in bible studies, community-based athletic programs, daycare, Christian school, and various youth programs.

Build, establish, fund, and administrate children shelters (for short-term foster care), rescue missions, soup kitchens, nursing homes, women transitional housing centers etc. We dream of building and renovating old homes/buildings and open them for ministry opportunities. By the year 2015, we dream of five such centers in operation.

Our vision goes on…

  • It is as large as our God…
  • It is as broad as the need of the human spirit…
  • It is only limited by our lack of faith and commitment to it…
  • It has God as its center…
  • It has the Holy Spirit as its source of strength and inspiration…
  • It has Christ as the head and overseer…
  • It only lacks YOU!!
  • Capture the Vision!!
